  • Yes: a fully equipped gym, plus a massive outdoors amenities spaces that features a climbing wall, community BBQ and picnic area, community garden plots, lawn bowling/ bocce green and childrens’ play area.

  • As homes become available, we will release rental rates.

  • 1-bedrooms from 621 to 727 sq ft

    2-bedrooms from 884 to 953 sq ft

    3 bedrooms at 1,142 sq ft

  • Yes, we allow pets with prior Landlord approval

  • Tenants pay for hydro and internet.

  • Yes, type G is an accessible home.

  • Yes, parking and storage are available to rent. Please note there is also ample storage room in each suite.

  • Public charging stations are available onsite.

  • Yes. Our bike storage lockers are designed to meet Class A bike storage. Many homes offer this storage space in-suite, with additional external lockers available to rent.

  • Each home has its own in-unit washer and dryer.

  • All homes are rented on a minimum one-year fixed lease. After the year is up, the lease continues on a month-to-month basis.

  • Yes.

  • Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited on the balconies, in homes, in the building and anywhere on the property.

  • We require all rental payments to be paid by pre-authorized debit or by direct deposit.

  • We do no permit tenants to sublet homes.

  • We do not permit tenants to sublet homes through vacation-rental websites such as Airbnb.

  • Venture is one block from public transit.

  • Venture is locally owned by Thoth Ventures Ltd. and managed by Prospero International Realty Inc.
